ReZsaun Lewis

ReZsaun V. Lewis is a speaker, author, U.S. Army veteran, educator, and leadership and community development professional. His work centers on helping people recognize their potential and helping leaders develop the people entrusted to them.

 

From the classroom to nonprofit executive leadership and philanthropy, he brings more than two decades of experience in mentorship, leadership, and community development. His approach combines personal storytelling, practical lessons, humor, and honesty with a clear invitation to turn reflection into action.

 

Relationships are at the heart of his message. Through Relationships Before Results, ReZsaun helps leaders, educators, mentors, coaches, managers, and parents think intentionally about trust, influence, and the everyday work of developing people. Through Becoming, he challenges young people and emerging adults to recognize their potential, own their choices, and embrace accountability.

 

His books extend those conversations beyond the room. The A to Z Guide to Becoming HIM supports reflection and mentorship with boys and young men. I Need Answers, Volume 1 explores the importance of a positive male role model in a boy’s life.

 

A husband and father of six, ReZsaun draws on both professional experience and the everyday work of family life. Alongside his wife and best friend, Latoya “Toya” Lewis, he co-created Pursuit of Forever—honest conversations about love, marriage, partnership, faith, family, and choosing each other through every season.

 

Lew Legacy brings those threads together: books, podcasts, public speaking, and experiences designed to strengthen people, organizations, and communities. ReZsaun’s goal is to start conversations that continue after he leaves the room—and help people become more intentional about the impact they have on others.
