Books & Digital Products

All sales are final for books and digital products (including eBooks, workbooks, and downloadable materials).

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at realtalkwithrezsaun@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.

Once we verify the issue, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Event Registrations

All event registration fees are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend an event you have registered for, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the event date.​​
Processing Time for Approved Refunds
In cases where a refund is approved (e.g., event cancellation by Lew Legacy), it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
